THE Process
From the start of the project to the finish we try to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Consultation
We will gather as much detailed information as possible regarding what you specifically need and the size of the space that requires updating. We usually visit you to do this, bit if we can’t then we can do this remotely, either by email, phone or video chat. This thorough understanding will help us ensure that we meet your expectations effectively.
Quote
After your consultation, we will assess the work needed. Upon reviewing the project specifications we will provide a tailored quote via email. We are open to discussing and adjusting the proposal where necessary.
Custom Design
Once the brief is finalised, we will work on the design and present an initial draft for you to review and provide amendments according to your original specifications. This ensures the final artwork aligns perfectly with your vision and expectations.
Production
Your artwork will be printed on premium, durable materials. We offer various materials for different uses and wall types, selecting the best option for your needs. For instance, an uneven brick wall may need a board material, while a smooth plastered wall is typically better for a vinyl wall wrap.
Installation
It's time to install your wall graphics. We are flexible with scheduling and can install on weekends or holidays to minimise disruption to your school day. Please inform us of any access restrictions or timing issues in advance, so we can plan accordingly. Also, ensure that the areas are prepared before we arrive to avoid delays.

If you own any pictures, feel free to share them with us. However we advise against images taken from internet searches, as many could be copyrighted or not meet our quality standards. We do have access to professional high-quality images of all types and styles.
Regarding written content, we are always open to you sending as much as you have which is relevant to the project, as it can certainly help, although it's not a necessity as we can source this if needed.
-
We do advise that surfaces are well prepared before we arrive. Usually, any necessary preparation is discussed during the site survey phase. We will be able to give you advice if you are unsure of what you need to do.
Before the installation date, please make sure that any items on the walls - such as noticeboards, fire and safety signs, displays etc. are taken down and that the spaces are prepared properly. Any holes in the walls from the removal of objects should be filled and sanded smooth, and that the repaired areas be primed or painted beforehand. We can usually do this but it may delay the application of the graphics.
